Everything from a single source
Have you designed a component and want it manufactured?
We see ourselves as your technical advisor in development, engineering and purchasing, with sound expertise in manufacturing methods. We also have years of experience with destructive and non-destructive testing procedures and work with certified partner companies in this field.
To act as your extended workbench, we offer not only raw parts but also ready-to-install components and assemblies.
Together with you, we develop prototypes and bring them into production with our manufacturers, from single parts to small and medium series.
Our team handles technical consulting for you, as well as delivery schedule monitoring, quality monitoring and the creation of inspection plans.
Prototypes
On request, we can present prototypes machined from solid material or as a 3D model (rapid prototyping).
Pre-series
For the pre-series, a corresponding model is made from wood or plastic, or a tool, depending on the manufacturing process. We then present you with the sample parts.
Series
We offer you small to medium series, from the raw blank through machining to the finished part, adapted to your individual requirements.
To ensure consistent quality, we are happy to create inspection plans and have your products tested according to their requirements.
Quality assurance / Testing
We are also happy to advise you on the testing requirements for your product.
